Start with replacing the cyan image unit.

Hey chief! I've got a problem where i get a whole lot a lines on the paper, but when i zoom in on those "lines" i see small dots.. now.. frustrating, as hell.. I did change drums, C, Y, M and K, also i changed the Fusing unit (heating unit, or what ever its called) also changed the Waste box aaand the transfer/image belt. All original and komplete units, no fanzy panzy china copy stuff.. BUT! Still im getting the lines on my paper.. :( Would you by any means have an idea, on what the h*** is going on..? I did send you an email.

Your toner rotation sensor is probably dirty or even defective.

The bizhub 363 uses a completely different design than the 360 type. If your talking about the 360, 420, 500, 361, 421, and 501 than the toner drive is all the same for all the above models. If your talking about 283, 363, 423 than that is a different system. You might need to get a konica tech. Take Care, and good luck.

Looks like that's related to not having a hard drive in? My procedure probably won't clear that - you can try it. Try changing the hard drive.

Hello Nikos, It might be a bad MFP main board or you could try and re-installing the firmware.

Code indicates HDD (hard drive). Try removing HDD and unsettling through service mode. It will run without the HDD. Hope that helps - I checked online and that can be a difficult code if it’s intermittent. If it continues after HDD is removed and unset, try removing fax kit, if it has one, and unsettling that. Take Care

You might try doing an all data clear, then reinstall HDD and format.

That code using indicates a cooling fan failure. Check the manual to determine which fan it is and then order a new one :)

C5354 code means your Ozone Ventilation Fan Motor has failed to turn or spin up as it should . You will need to either clean or replace the fan.

Hello Leo, the code indicates the TCR sensor for the cyan developer unit. Make sure your not having any issues with the toner feed with cyan, then replace the cyan developer unit and due the initial stabilization and gradation - hope that helps.

That error indicates a Exposure LED failure. If you search: 'Bizhub 423 error c-9401' you'll see one KZread that found a cable problem.

Did not work. Any other suggestions. Error code C-3102

If you have tried it a few times and it doesn’t work, than it is indicating a hard failure with your fuser and or fuser drive. You or a technician will probably need to replace the fuser or the fuser drive motor depending on the model bizhub.

I don't know what error 5225 is, but if its 2552 than, this is a cyan image unit failure.

Hello Arif, I found a helpful feed on Copytechnet you might want to check out. Related to firmware maybe, or it could be the overall control board. The feed is for a error code c192 but it looks like it might apply. Take Care

Depending on what model, the code indicates a failure in the cooling fan for the transfer belt. You might want to check that fan, replace if necessary, then reboot machine.

Your screen might need calibrating? Try touching in different places around the trouble reset button.

- you'll get an error if fax board or HDD is missing but machine thinks it has it. Don't remember exact code, but sounds like fax. Confirm fax & HDD installed, if not - unset.
