Being 53 years old and growing up in Seattle. I can legitimately say, " Seattle is the best Farm Team" city in all of pro sports whatever it is!!! Yes, First Stanley Cup for American City in 1917, an NBA Title in 1979, and 2014 Super Bowl. However, they get amazing players, bring them up and hone their skills, and trade them off to other teams to win championships my whole life.

I'm just old enough to remember 2001, but not 95. Not really sure that's any better. I don't really like football (I know, probably the only PMT listener who doesn't) so the Seahawks was a shitty consolation prize. Thinking I might try to get into NHL next year.

Other shitty part is the Giants stadium is on par with Seattle's so they get a great ballpark and rings down I-5. Hell the Padres are getting their shit together too. Absolutely embarrassing.

IE - golf- pays golfers along the way and at the end of a season; Drivers do not get this luxury- other than cashing in on contract incentives / sponsors. And this past weekend- bragging rights at Monaco. The 10 teams on an F1 grid can earn ~$200million dollars to a meager 50 million dollars CASH we love the #cashapp at the end of the season depending on team points standings. Finishing 5th place could earn ~$75M but 4th place is about 100 million and 3rd is ~$150 million and 1st around ~$210 million so it is weighted pretty heavy. apologies
