While commissioned to shoot my client's swampland near Gainesville, I stayed at their condo on Bivens Lake. Here I'd often spend those hot July afternoons waiting for the frequent thunderstorms to come through, drop buckets of rain, and leave the place cooler and with great billowy clouds. While reading at the end of the dock, I'd often be accompanied by a crock or two floating just off the pier. Image captured on 8"x10" film.
