Being the Marlboro Man for 21 years and hearing the Music at meetings, it brings back some great memories. I have been to Wilberly Branco and Western, Blanco TX, and HALS in Houston. This is great fun. Very nice set up. Love the dinning car with table. If I ever give up my HO this is the way I am going. PMUSA bough the right to the music in the 60's and used it all of their TV commericals. Which are still shown around the world.

These things if you build them to run off steam are works of art. But then again I always liked steam engines they have a specific sound about them and they are powerful. For some reason I only just now saw your comment. The Silver Spoons train was made by Railroad Supply Corp in Burbank. It is live steam and ran on compressed air during the show. When the show was finished it was donated to Los Angeles Live Steamers to be auctioned off as a fundraiser. Most of the train including the locomotive is currently owned by a member of Riverside Live Steamers and runs there periodically.
