Technically it's BITS Pilani because you get the same degree in the end named "BITS Pilani". Even the college name is "BITS Pilani, Goa Campus"

BIT , Pilani is a Deemed to be University under UGC approval. BITS , Pilani has 4 off campuses at Pilani,Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai.These are termed as BITS Pilani, Pilani campus, BITS Pilani,Goa campus and BITs Pilani, Hyderabad campus and so on.There is no seperate Institute exited terms as BITs Goa or Hyderabad.After completion students are obtaining same BITs Pilani degree with out mentioning campus name .The evaluation by nirf are also same for three campuses as BIT Pilani is a Deemed to be University.

No don't go for VIT bhopal if you can compromise with your branch ....at the end of the day no one learns from stream in college...you can have biotech and still be a better programmer and better at AI development than a CSE student. ..my recommendation is go for a better college life like bits and take lower stream but study for AI personally
