I believe RFK jr. Needs more media to cover him. He is impressing me more and more. I love Trump but I fear the horrible Deep State will not stop hounding him I fear to death. They will stop at nothing to destroy him. RFK jr has a solid grasp on the problems in our government and is more diplomatic. I pray for both RFK Jr and Trump's safety and for God's will.

Trump is well protected. He’d be long gone if they could get to him. At this point, he’s the bolt of lightning that started an inextinguishable forest fire and the only thing they can do now is watch helplessly as it runs its course. By then, their empire will be in ashes.

I'm grateful that I followed Wicked's advice a month ago. On Twitter he has said a .01 minimum UTXO. I'm thinking the only tradeoff for having really big UTXOs is doxing a large portion of one's stack in a transaction. However, if blocks become increasingly valuable real estate as adoption goes up, I can see the need to keep consolidating forever. This discussion is going to be prominent for a long time.

Glad to see a big channel picking this up. Only recently learnt about unspendable UTXOs. I actually think it's something that could really destroy BTC adoption going forward which is scary! Imagine diligently DCA stacking, with the sacrifice in the real world that comes with, only to find ALL of your BTC is worthless because you can't spend it!?!? Also suggests that there will come a point where only large holders will be able to truly benefit from the promise of bitcoin, with everyone else pushed onto layer 2, which seems to me at least like introducing trust back into a trustless system (which sounds a lot like fiat 2.0!). Definitely makes getting a lambo seem a better idea than HODL forever unfortunately.

I'am sorry I think its hot garbage. Bitcoin will largely just be a long term investment a large asset. you don't see too many people trying to buy a cup of coffee with a chunk of gold do you. no its stacked in bars and sitting in a safe it will be spent in large chunks every once in a while.

I’ll hold off on touching my UTXO’s for now. Sounds like we haven’t actually nailed this so we can be absolutely certain that there won’t be any privacy issues!

So if I coinjoined 1 BTC that had my KRAKEN KYC attached, and got back one random 1 BTC - what if my new BTC has a WORSE history (LAZARUS North Korea hackers) than my original? Also does someone now own my 1 BTC with my KRAKEN KYC attached? How would a CoinJoined UTXO be tainted - is there a flag on it?

What is labeling? Is it putting your name or some title or just say "kyc" or "nonkyc"?

You can name your utxo’s in sparrow wallet. Maybe the exchange you purchase them from or yeah kyc or no kyc. These labels aren’t public, from what I know.

@@11oakleyman Can do in Trezor Suite as well. Also in Coin Mgmt can manually choose which UTXO to send - adjust according to the size required.

Why would L1 privacy effect 21mil? Surely you could have a count of all utxos separate from their history.

If things were private on the base layer, how would you know how many sats each UTXO was worth?

@@wickedsmartbitcoin I don't know. I am not technically expert on Bitcoin. I can fantasize something, though: the utxo header could have a field in some op code or blah blah. I dunno. If 21mil is enforced by transparency alone/required then I would love to see a flushed-out argument. Some article or something to help me understand. Because I thought 21 was enforced by nodes enforcing the rule of the halving function, et al.

@@azdjedi Yes, assuming there's no inflation bug, the 21m limit is constrained by the issuance schedule. But that's assuming there's no inflation bug...
