I very specifically say "toxic" maxis. Either way, my job on a long form podcast is to allow my guest to explain their position, not argue against it.

Jack is right, crypto is largely people trying to get a better return on their money because traditional investments are not returning you more than inflation.

Saw some heavy hitters backing Cdeen up, so I snagged a piece of the action. Fingers crossed .

There is one massive flaw with Jacks arguments: if you're going to create shares for things like ethereum, you are basically giving the SEC once again control over whatever may or may not get created. Tokens ARE the blockchain equivalent of shares to me. It is merely a different way of redirecting the flow of incoming value to the people investing in it for profit purposes. Poor people in Africa can buy ethereum. They can't buy SEC controlled stocks. PoS tech is better than tech stocks, but it aint money.

Its more portable, divisible, transportable...but it will take awhile for the world to catch on. We may just have to wait for boomers to die because its so hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
