Thank you SO much. I had been on the phone with Bissell earlier and she wasn't able to help me. Everything she suggested, I had already done. She said I need to take it in for repair or probably needed a new model. Watching your video, the very first thing you mention was the thing I hadn't done. There was a little lint ball preventing the water from going through the sprayer. Thank you again!

Thank you! I am having issues with my carpet cleaner, DeepCleanProHeat2x professional Pet 17n49), dispensing solution (again) after loaning it out and found this video very informative. A few months ago I clogged my lines because I mixed OdoBan in with my Bissel cleaner. I know. Bad move. As I used the machine I noticed white clots forming in the tank which ultimately clogged all my water lines. I had to completely disassemble the machine to access all the lines and flush every line and valve. It was a HUGE hassle, but after putting it all back together, it worked again. I DO NOT want to have to do that again…. Ever. The pump would be a much easier fix.

Thank you so much for this video, I’ve been searching everywhere to find my exact model of Bissell to troubleshoot and you delivered with professionalism and ease. My issue is that my bridge rectifier neutral/red wire connector tab (or whatever it’s called) snapped off. If I order a new bridge rectifier, how would I replace that in this machine? I’m intimidated by the amount of wires and disassembly required. Thank you again!

Any chance doing a no spray on floor and hand tool for werthiem se9000 also seems the red flap inside the tank flips up PLEASE HELP I know these machines seem a lot identical to bissell PLEASE HELP

Yea they’re the same unit- see myBissell playlist- look for Bissell 2x videos- if it’s not there I can always revisit the topic

Do you know what would cause it to only spray for small intervals after turning it on. I can turn off and back on and it will spray some more.

Could be a s solenoid or the pump. But before that check for clogs

@monroevac Thanks for that. However, between that time and now I've conducted all those trouble shooting. I've since made mixture of bleach and vinegar and ran it through machine. It fixed. It seems chlorine in my tap water created some blockage so the mixture released it. It's the same for my hose, it wasn't spraying and I did same thing and after running for 1/2 hour it cleared. I'm now going to use distilled water (A/C drain water) or rain water.

Water is not going to the dirty water tank.

Check the red filter and make sure there is now hair or fibers clogging it - make sure the nozzle window is on securely. And also test for gaps between the lid and the dirty water tank
