I know Jonny Bones is the most talented fighter ever, but man GSP is the GOAT of mma........ AND the GOAT at life in general!!! If someone doesn't like GSP then they the one who's got issues lol, bc he's legitimately the nicest, coolest, most humble dude ever, and his sense of humor is just great too. I love his and Mikes interactions, and the back and forth banter 😁✌️

@@InspectorButters4 Well said! And agreed. The way I personally look at it is that Bones is the BOAT (Best of all Time), and GSP is the GOAT. I think to be the Greatest of all time, you cannot have any failed PED tests. Greatness encapsulates not only talent/performance, but also fighting fair, clean, and respecfully.

Homeboy exercises and trains almost daily. He eats right, does cold plunges and other skin care remedies. He's only in his early 40's. With good genetics, he could look young into his 50's.

This was one of the most enjoyable "beefs" in UFC history. They were both so damn funny during that stretch and George is just about impossible not to like and you could always tell Michael was fond of him.

For sure, Michael’s insults always felt more in good humour than nasty and you could tell they liked each other throughout all the trash talk

You should have GSP every week for a segment called: Are You Intoxicated?

What energy. Had a grin from ear to ear the whole chat. If you haven't seen it, Lex Freidman had an awesome training video the other day with GSP and Danaher at the facility in Austin. GSP's giggling like a little imp while wrapping Lex up into a pretzel. Light hearted gold.

I cannot put into words how much I love this. Growing up as a kid, GSP was my favourite fighter and always hated Bisping (despite being a brit myself), because I thought he was such a douche. It's only now that I've grown up that I realise that's just the game you have to play to hype up promotions. Bisping is such a solid guy, hilarious as fuck, honest (when not lying about his eye to doctors ;) and genuine. So glad to see these two absolute warriors seem to be in such a great place in life, knowing that neither of them had the easiest upbringing. This comraderie amongst competitors is why I love the sport so much!

Bisbing & GSP are both such likable guys. Huge fans of both of them & it’s really cool to see them interact. These gents are everything that’s right about MMA. Thanks for everything you’ve given to the sport & continued success to you both 💯

Michael and gsp thank you both for wht you done and put your bodies through for people like me. You guys not only pioneered this sport but inspired not just me but millions of people to get off their ass todo somthing!!! Because of you guys I did wrestling, kickboxing and that lead me to writing my first book and becoming a successful author again thank you guys for everything!!!!

Damn this was actually the most informative podcast episode I've ever seen from professional fighters. You guys went into every topic about life. Pretty awesome stuff. Good advice especially to these lost 20 year olds. I'm in my 30s and have always looked up to both of you, you guys were not only badasses in the octagon but also more mature and wise than most of these idiots out there. Cheers boys.

I loved the interaction, if i thought Georges was intersting when he used to fight, now that he can talk in a less confrontational way and without script you get why the guy was such a beloved fighter and person!

GSP always has a wide berth of knowledge of topics he can talk about. Great to hear he is doing well, and has invited Michael to compete. Hopefully the UFC will allow you this opportunity and you can get in, have fun, and win your matches.

Yes. For retired older guys, grappling is a great idea. I don’t like seeing old guys boxing, risks are too high.

You never truly know somebody until you fight them. A line from the matrix but it seems to be true. The respect most of these fighters have for each other after competition is palpable.
