Glover has been batted for years he was old when he fought Jiri and he was old when he fought Jamal, they both won the belt and they both had to vacate it, they were both champs, neither of them were undisputed because neither got to defend it, once they fight we’ll find out who is better but first he needs to beat Alex, so let’s pipe down a bit. 💯

Are people forgetting this is the UFC. Sure Jamal had an easier time beating Glover than Jiri but that doesn’t mean shit until you actually beat the guy who vacated the title first. In the MW division Cannonier beat Strickland while Strickland moped the floor with Izzy and Cannonier couldn’t do shit against Izzy. Styles make fights for a reason.

What are you talking about? He wanted to fight Jiri first, because Jiri vacated the belt first. Alex was never even in the LHW conversation when Hill became champ because only a few months after Hill won the belt Alex got knocked tf out by Izzy and then decided to move up to LHW.

He beat Glover Texeira which in my opinion was well past his sell by date and he hasn't defended his title not even once and now he's injured. If Glover just kept throwing punches he would have probably won a decision. Jamahal beat Glover up bad, like really bad. His fight was far more impressive.

⁠Achilles injury isn't as important in fighting as it would be in football or basketball, you don't have to run around as much in the octagon and theres been people that fully recovered from Achilles injuries and came back just as good

Its not as bad in these higher weight divisions. Its way worse for the small guys, because the have to be extremely fast and have all these crazy techniques etc. 😂 the big boys can even get away with older age, compared to the smaller ones.
