Biskut Nutella Nut Ball Rangup Tanpa Telur | Eggless Nutella Nut Ball Cookies

Biskut raya yang menjadi kegemaran ramai, mewah dengan rasa kacang badam dan sapuan Hazelnut, memang tidak jemu untuk dimakan. Versi biskut nutella nut ball kali ini tanpa menggunakan telur dan mixer. Cara untuk membentukkan biskut ini agak unik, supaya lebih banyak sapuan Hazelnut boleh diisi ke dalam biskut.

Jumlah Biskut : 125 keping
❤️BAHAN-BAHAN :
250 gm mentega bergaram (lembut) | 1 cawan & 2 sudu besar
82 gm gula icing | 2/3 cawan
24 gm serbuk badam | 4 sudu besar
28 gm susu tepung penuh krim | 4 sudu besar
260 gm tepung gandum | 2 cawan & 1 sudu besar
60 gm tepung jagung | 1/2 cawan
28 gm serbuk koko | 4 sudu besar
150-170 gm badam cincang - bakar 140℃, 20 minit, api atas bawah. Oven dipanaskan sebentar
(+-) 500 gm Nutella/ sapuan Hazelnut
SUHU MEMBAKAR BISKUT: 160℃, 25-30 minit, api atas bawah, rak tengah/kedua bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 15 minit.
SUHU MEMBAKAR BISKUT + INTI : 160℃, 7-8 minit, api atas bawah.

Nutella nut ball cookies, a modern chocolate cookies coated with almond nibs and rich with Nutella or hazelnut spread filling. I made the eggless version, easy to make and without a mixer. 250 gm softened salted butter | 1 cup & 2 tbsp
82 gm powdered sugar | 2/3 cup
24 gm ground almond | 4 tbsp
28 gm full cream milk powder | 4 tbsp
260 gm all purpose flour | 2 cups & 1 tbsp
60 gm cornstarch | 1/2 cup
28 gm cocoa powder | 4 tbsp
150-170 gm almond nibs - bake at 140℃, 20 minutes, top & bottom heat mode in preheated oven.
(+-) 500 gm Nutella/ Hazelnut spread
BAKING TEMPERATURE (COOKIES) : 160℃, 25-30 minutes, top & bottom heat mode at middle/middle bottom rack. Oven preheated 15 minutes.
BAKING TEMPERATURE (COOKIES + FILLING) : 160℃, 7-8 minutes , top & bottom heat mode.

    2 bulan pada suhu bilik dan berseal ya tutupnya. Kalau simpan dalam peti sejuk boleh tahan lebih lama. Cookies kalau lama sgt akan ubah sikit rasanya ya

    Wsalam, lepas bakar memang dia akan jadi leper sedikit, masa bentukkan tu biar tinggi sikit supaya tak rendah sgt. Atau boleh jadi juga doh agak lembik. Kalau doh agak lembik tambah sedikit tepung gandum tapi jangan banyak sebab susah nak lekatkan badam dan juga bila nak bentukkan doh mudah berderai
