Schola Cantorum Minorum Chorsoviensis from Chorzów Poland. They sing in Peres style or Sarmatian gregorian chant (popular in Poland)

The Kyriale seems to be the "Messe de Notre Dame" composed by Guillaume de Machaut, a french composer yet in the Medieval Age. If you search for "Messe de Notre Dame Ensemble Organum" you could listen to this interpretation approach in which this group (ensemble organum) is specialized.

It’s the Traditional Latin Mass. so it’s the Latin rite. But it’s being usurped by the Protestantized liturgy Novus Ordo.

The music is interesting. I do not think that it is in any way typical of Poland. I think that it is Corsican chant, but I could be wrong.

Schola Cantorum Minorum Chosoviensis commonly use the Sarmatian chant popular in Poland which is much colse to the style using by M. Peres Ensamble. Organum.
