I'm late to this video, but thought I'd share. I ran 72 biscuits on my 24 x 42 RF Shirley, 24 per shelf, and the results were damn near identical. Good looking rig you have there.

@@16Vette I hear ya. With this huge cook chamber, even if chicken is on top shelf it doesn’t have to be directly over other meats.

That thing is producing a TON of smoke…does it burn clean? If so, you have a winner with that pit!!
