+PerkPerkins I know there is a hotel in the main piazza. But I do not have a phone number. Last time I was there (2009), I stayed with relatives. I have visited Bisacquino many times mainly to visit with relatives. I also lived there in the 1940's. What made you buy a house there? Where is the house located? Are you in the music business? Hi Carl, a friend bought a house on mainland Italy and I just started an Internet search for inexpensive homes in Italy. I have traveled there a few years ago and fell in love with the country and people and lifestyle. I am looking for a simpler, laid back life style. A few homes came up in Bisacquino so I found one and I am buying it. The town seems peaceful and wonderful and I can't wait to visit and see my new home in person. Yes I am a singer/songwriter, mostly country style and do a single act with just me and my guitar. I will check out the site you gave me and I appreciate all your help. +PerkPerkins Jim, I was born in Bisacquino. Left the town as a young teenager. I'm familiar with the town. Still have many relatives living there. One of my cousin (Padre Lino DiVincenti) was the head priest of the town until two years ago when he retired but still lives in the town. Do you speak Italian? How long will you be there when you visit in March? I can give you some contacts (relatives) but they only speak Italian.
