I've had Biryani in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad and they were all good. When I came back to Delhi I started looking for that Biryani taste and couldn't find anywhere. finally I tried BBK and it was the best Biryani I could get in Delhi that made me feel like I was back in Hyderabad.

Top notch No.1 biryani in Delhi - NCR... never disappointed...

The concept of biryani start with Dum and yakhini biryani.. people from Moradabad used to eat yakhini biryani while the biryani which is popular in Hyderabad is based on Dum. I don't know which methods is used by biryani by kilo

They used yakhini dum method in Lucknowi biryani and Dum kachhe gosht ki biryani in hyderabadi

Biryani by kilo's idea has been stolen by Behrouz, Itminan (Box8), Eatsure and now Domino's too but they are always out of biryani in the late evening hours in Gurgaon.

Biryani By Kilo in Mohali sector 82 is crap. They server total crap. Their biryani rice is under cooked and watery. Rice used is all broken pieces, no long grain rice. Tasteless.
