I think it's a special printing. Doesn't feel like any of her other decks. Very seductive cardstock! I'm at the airport.
Answering your question, yes! There's a strong influence and heritage from the Celtic world in northern Spain, specially in Galicia and Asturias. The titles of the cards are written in the language of Galicia, named "gallego". Lovely deck indeed
