Dr.samdong rinchey is the first principal of Tibet teached in Dalhousie to our parents…He is the only one after HH The 14th Dalai Lama who protected Tibetan govt in exile…. N now one of the chithue is saying to stop his birthday celebration…. Oh my god!!!! His birthday is celebrating just to give him a gratitude for what he have done to our Tibetan in exile
