What a beautiful labor and delivery!! The Lord was in the room, the peace, the calm, the joy! Your Doula- Toby, wow she is so great! Martha was right there doing everything you needed, the affirmations was everything!., Jerard was so supportive. The air mattress was something else! Jerard was not playing he needed his rest! Love it!! 😂 It was wonderful to see how calm you were Mary! You did really great! So very happy for you all. Simply beautiful. Joshua is blessed to be surrounded by this love. ❤️💙❤️

Yes! So beautiful 😊! Some nurses choose to be more direct with 1st time moms to help them to PUSH as hard as possible to get baby here but it's all love and usually works! ❤ It did with me as well! Great memories! I'm so glad they shared with us also, this was Amazingly Beautiful!! 💖💕💖💙💕💕✨️✨️✨️✨️

I was cracking up, when Jarod, lifted up you gown to talk to the baby, lol he went straight up the birthing canal, to make sure he heard him😂, it was too cute!!! Recently I had a dream about her being pregnant & it being a girl she told me she had one as well & my grandmother told her God will give her one child & it'll be a girl so we're patiently waiting & praying & I know her time will come. She has smiled & celebrated & loved on others who have given birth & not once have I seen her not rejoice for them tho I know deep down it stings a little. 47:44 don’t be disappointed. My first 3 I had natural birth and with my fourth my doctor told me it didn’t make sense to suffer like that so I did it and if I would have known it was that easy to get an epidural I would have all 5 pregnancies. It really don’t make sense to suffer through that pain when we don’t have to. I was okay getting medication I was just terrified of the fact a needle being in my back so I suffered. Our bodies are amazing with or without an epidural so don’t feel no kind of way. You don’t have to prove you have some special type of power because we all have that power with or without. God made our bodies beautifully. You did awesome the entire time. It would have gotten worse after your bag of water breaking so you made the right decision. ❤

In some countries epidurals is not even free in public hospitals like in the Caribbean, unless you are getting a C section.

I had three children my two oldest were naturally my last was epidural and it was the worst experience because the pains can after the baby was here in my opinion if you can have the baby naturally do so but that’s me.

I've never had a vaginal delivery but I must say your nurse was the best. She actually explained to you how to push. I only had back labor with my twins and singleton. You did a great job on your first delivery.

Congratulations Mary and Jerard. This was a worship experience! I literally stopped the video and started praying to God for things I'm believing for and had given up hope, I haven't prayed on my knees like that in a while. This is such a beautiful birth vlog ❤. Having your sister Martha, alongside your husband there the whole time showing support must have really been comforting 😊. The nurses were very kind and helpful too. Mary you handled this like a champ 💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. You did amazing and you shouldn't have downed yourself for getting an epidural. You went on as long as you could without out it and stayed strong. You deserve to have some stress and pain relieved. Jerard did great too. He remained calm and supportive and he truly the best. Martha is great sister and I am glad that y'all have each other. I felt comfort just by watching her. Joshua looks beautiful and healthy 😍. So happy for y'all and this new journey to parenthood!!!🎉🎉🎉

I could sense the love and care from everyone there in the room! This was such a sentimental time and Mary had everything she needed at every point in time, laughter, soft voices, pep talks, comfort, coaching, etc. The love from everyone was amazing, but the love & understanding between you two sisters was so sweet to watch ❤ Congratulations 🎉

Congratulations 🎊🎉I had the same reaction to the epidural. My body shook like a leaf. You did so well Mary. No need to feel bad about the epidural. You needed rest and it provided that rest for you to meet your baby as your best self. Joshua is beautiful. Kudos to team Bennett. They provided the love, affirmation, faith, and peace you needed to go through the process. You are truly blessed.

It’s always beautiful to see labor and delivery where the person has a team . I literally only had 1 nurse that did everything and barely checked on me lol .. heck even the doctor didn’t come in until I was pushing my son’s head out . I pray if I have anymore kids I have a completely different and beautiful experience like this . Congratulations 😢❤

this labor and delivery was so beautiful to watch ... the last one I saw was so very traumatic !

I’m so glad the second nurse said something! As a medical student I was like “you’re not supposed to make noises like that because you’re pushing the air out lol” Those pushes weren’t strong enough, even the leg placement. But thank God for the other nurse🥰

So beautiful! God is so good. I have been watching you since back in the day, and to see all of the blessings that God has bestowed on you over the years is awesome. So thankful that you had a positive birthing experience and that you were surrounded with love and support.
