The second of three brilliant, ballet-based workouts with @sleektechnique-balletfitne2976. Birmingham Royal Ballet Principal Céline Gittens joins former Company dancer and co-founder of sleekballetfitness.com Victoria Marr for a 15-minute balletic center workout that builds methodically into a great, classical cardio dance sequence. It will shape and strengthen your physique whilst getting a satisfying burn on! No equipment necessary, just follow along from home to get dancer fit. This workout is perfectly paired with the Sleek Ballet Bootcamp Barre.

very nice ballet workout. love the fact that one keeps ballet shapes on the move. very good challenging balance exercises. perfect workout for lack of space. my ballet mat is 2mx1.50m and no space more available around it. could fit all of it. Thank you so much

I love this and I'm going to do it. I'm an older dancer and need to feel creative, this is so elegant and beautiful and yet you're working the total body.
