As someone who can't get out much due to health reasons, I love this type of video, thanks for taking me there 😉

This warms my soul Clive. Next time I visit a market, you can set me a challenge. I’ll do my best to complete it for you. That way, it’s even more special for you mate
That Altered Beast sign 👍👍☺️☺️😎😎
Many years ago I gave all my ps1 games to a charity shop. Looking at the prices of retro games I'm thinking shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit lol
I was the guy buying the Master system Converter next to you when you were checking out Discworld, didn't realise youd asked me to move! Sorry!
Prices are outrageous these days but a lot of new collectors aren't realy clued up and just accept higher and higher prices as the going rate.
Gem watching this MADE my day it really did! Cheered me up ❤❤❤
Lovely to meet you at the gaming market Gemma! Sorry if I freaked you out by knowing your name but after watching your channel for four years it just felt natural saying hi like that 🤣hope you liked the SNES you bought and I can recommend Bullet Witch - definitely worth checking out.

@@TheGebs24 thank you so much! I live super close to Vintage Gamer (Nick) so am always on the hunt. You helped me find my passion for collecting so thank you for that, always excited to see what you're picking up/playing! Amiga was my first gaming introduction back in the day so I love your recent Amiga stuff. And yes deffo pick it up if you see it, it's a Bayonetta clone but pretty fun ❤️
Hi Thank You for photo with You 😊 now it’s time to visit Doncaster 🕹️
Great seeing my childhood then seeing stuff my mum sent to the charity shop made me cry
So glad I'm old enough to have played every gen of gaming ever so I played it when it was new and great and at normal for the times prices. I can't comprehend the prices of these old games, shocking.

Same although started later than you with megadrive/snes, my family couldn't always afford the latest system when it came out, usually got brothers hand me down and glad i got to enjoy buying games a bit later like when snes/megadrive/saturn/ps1 they were like £5-£20 pound range not £100 + !! I also remember wanting to check out Jaguar and i got one from telegames for about £30 and then found some of the games being randomly being sold in GAME sealed old stock for like £1 a game. Stuff like this doesent happen now it must suck being a teenage gamer most of this stuff is out of reach unless your a working adult with free cash to spend !

@@PatrickIngham21 I know what you mean about bargains. I saw a copy of snatcher on Mega CD for about £5 boxed but no manual in the early 2000's. In the mid 90's Japanese Megadrive games were under £10 in some random shop in the city centre. Import games were £50 on release from early 90's to late 90's and many of these are crazy amounts now. You couldn't give this stuff away back then.
My friend in the UAE says the video game collectible market over there is on the rise and they have the money too
I would ask if he would deal lol
Heading to the Nottingham video games expo later this month at the Richard Herrod Centre? Could be fun.
Man! You do travel alot :) thx for taking us with you :)
Well I was in this video any awful lot without even realising you were there 🤣
Those arcade marquee’s looked amaze 😮😮😮
21:52 You probably have that on the Amiga. Soccer Kid. Nice game.
Thank you for showing me in your video was nice meeting both of you. I did get one of them plaques that you was talking about. I got the one with the two dragons I was going to get the assassins Creed figure but I was thinking about it when I went back, it was got but it was a great day. It was great seeing you both you again you take care keep safe all the family 😊😊👍🎮🎮
I had no idea there was a game market on at Birmingham! The only one I'd heard about was the one in Doncaster on 5th Feb next year. To be honest with it being December I don't have spare money for retro games anyway so maybe it's for the best I missed this one! Hope you had a great time.

AHH, fairs. The video confused me as it had a poster thingie show up saying it was May 8th. I realised it was the one a few days ago when the lady in the video mentioned it was near Xmas... Thank you for the correction though ^_^
I didnt know that a Bioshock ps4 was made ! Thanks for sharing your tour videos !
Thanks for teleporting to Birmingham Retro Gaming Market!
Oh Gem i saw so many games i used to own in that video and how much they are going for now is crazy. So many games and the prices were so high as well. I wish id gone though it looked good
Great video mate. Haven't caught much of your stuff this year but definitely need to do some catch him up. Merry Christmas
the eye of judgement is a card game that is played using the ps3 camera
What a great gaming market... But some prices were just aaaaarggggh.... Loved the video Gemma!!!! 🤘🤘🤘♥️
I have to be honest I was a little disappointed overall, still I didn't leave empty handed and I did land a few decent bargains
“ Find out if I “Brought” it soon”. ?!!?!! 19:26

He’s such a friendly chap. I’ve got a lot of time for him 😃
That guy who sold you the Snes seemed like a right arrogant Tosser lol. Anyway cheers for the video Gemma.
I have a Question, in the UK with your current Gen gaming hardware and PC's as well as monitors and TV's Are you able to have NTSC versions of games that run at 60hz on your monitors and TV's over there in the UK or is it still PAL 50hz across the board?

I guess we could now,. finally lol
22:03 It's Soccer Kid. For some reason they changed the name for North America. 😆
Repros are literally worthless (and technically illegal). People should be ashamed of charging more than £5 for the box and cart.
Those saturn games arent for sale he's just showing of his collection
Great seeing you again Gem! You heading to Nottingham VGE on the 17th/18th? It's a new event but looks promising and we'll be there ('cos y'no, we're bloody everywhere these days lol).
£75 for a magazine wowzers!!!!!
7:42 - Table also had Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for... £55!
Jess dater bass and spread sheet lol
I would be very broke attending this retro day
That turtles bin …. How cool was that 😊
Love the video!
Very nice vid as always but some of that stuff seemed high to me

Not worth going to places like this anymore when the sellers are more expensive than eBay ...
Lush.. savage..
Não pegou o snes
Excuse me.. please!
Those prices are a joke though.
Did i just see fifa 17 for £10?
Only thing that I got from this video was the fact that you overused the word wicked, profusely!
hi
15:23 日本のプレステ、ドリームキャストのソフトがたくさんある( ゚Д゚)
