Before, I was just assuming Jake was being so adamant Mokaev, because the latter was ranked higher. Now, it's clear why he was a little bit aggressive when it came to calling Mokaev out after Jake viciously liver-punched his opponent into submission: it's because Jake trained with Leon and Mokaev, during an interview, said Usman was going to beat Leon rather easy in their London fight. With the highly touted Mokaev barely squeezing out a decision, one that came after his own leg was badly compromised --- with his opponent saying Mokaev tapped and that's why he let it go --- and with Jake viciously putting his opponent down the way he did, now it's clear why the animosity toward Mokaev.
