As much as I would love to take your course, I’m probably too old at (almost) 57, not enough life left to learn and earn by investing 😏 Plus I had to leave my nursing job because of, well…the corruption and forced things against my morals and integrity. (I’m in the USA) I’ve been living on my savings with no income but have started cleaning a couple houses. Anyhow, my age and financial place worries me that I would be wasting $375, that’s a lot of money. I know you offer a refund w/in 30 days but it would be hard to get into it enough by then to know. I’m so torn !!! Do you ever consider doing giveaways by drawings ? I never miss a video but a drawing would have me here the second you post ❤ I wish I was as smart as you !!! God bless you Neil !

Who is complete God? Iyov 36:5 - Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB) See, El is Kabir, and despiseth, not any; He is Kabir in ko’ach lev (strength of understanding). Translation: Supreme God is Kabir, but despises no one. He is Kabir, and firm in his purpose. In all Bible translations, the word Kabir has been translated as "Mighty" or "Great" whereas Kabir is the original name of Supreme God. Conclusion: This verse of the Bible proves that Kabir is Complete God. The one who worships God Kabir by taking initiation from the complete saint sent by him gets complete salvation. After attaining salvation that souls rest in peace in the eternal abode Satlok forever. The throne of God is in Satlok. God Kabir met Jesus and took his soul to Satlok. On their way, God Kabir made him see his ancestors David, Moses, Abraham, etc. in the Pitra Lokas. Then God took him to Satlok

I worked for BCC for 5 years in the 80's and have friends who are both working there or recently retired. Its a mess. Always has been since the 1970's. The corruption amongst Labour councillors is legendary with expense fiddles and dodgy planning approvals for themselves and their relatives/friends etc. The staff situation now is that they can't recruit good people, good people wont touch it. There are ethnic/religious cliques amongst the politicians and staff . Any suggestions for improvement are canned by unions/politicians. The job of senior managers is simply to survive and find ways around obstacles put in their way. There is no accountability and the local elections are, as a judge said, run like a banana republic. It needs a thorough root and branch clear out.

Don't know what it is like in Birmingham, but I can say what has and is happening in the West. First big box stores were built offering low prices which drove independent stores out of business. Then when community became dependent on the big box store, it decided profits were not high enough and moved out of town. The town and economy dried up. In bigger cities the same thing happened except C-19 sped up the economic decline. All stores were closed, except for big box stores which continued to operate "because" of groceries. But small food stores had to close. Now that C-19 has passed, there is major stealing in big box stores and malls. Thus, the stores are now closing and moving out of the cities siting theft as the issue. We know the police can't be everywhere. But let's be realistic. These stores could hire 20 - 30 armed security at every exit, but they chose not too. They would rather close. So ask yourself why would multi-billion $$ companies close shop rather than have security guard their merchandise? What happens to the jobs, the town, and the economy?

I wouldn’t allow any of the equal pay claims - especially backdated. Where does it end? Can I claim if I’ve been paying more for the same electricity than my neighbour? That’s unfair too. What SHOULD happen is every company publish ALL staff salaries, perks and bonuses. Then everyone is clear who earns what and people can decide what they want to do going forwards.

They also seem to have an influx of Chinese investors and developers now building houses for whom I don't know! We are to become another town that has lost most of the big stores and is fast becoming a place to accommodate University students! We could have made a feature of the mill town as there is so much history attached to it! But the idiotic councillors have demolished grade II listed buildings. The warning signs were clear a few years back when BCC informed suppliers that they could expedite their payments to less than 30 days but at the cost of a 4% reduction in their invoices. As for Birmingham, it's seen better days and is now in a state of decline. Many people don't realise that geographically, Birmingham isn't that expansive. Solihull Council governs the southern region, while much of the western area falls under Sandwell Council. Although Birmingham holds the title of the most populous council, it doesn't have the largest land area. Most of the more prosperous and upscale neighbourhoods are actually located in Solihull.

Part of the problem is basing next years budget off of last years expenses. So if you don't spend it, then a city dept. budget is cut back the following years, even if they know a major expenditure is expected in 2 - 3 years. Sometimes their pay will depend upon the size of the budget they supervise. Thus they want that expense to be as high as possible.

As a business in the city of Edinburgh, I can 100% confirm how outrageous business rates are! 2 years before the outbreak, we had our rates increase from £6k p/a to an eye watering £36k!!! Many appeals and every single one of them rejected. Just to put this into perspective, this is rates paid on 1.5 acres of land, half of it in poor condition, and a 15m x 15m tin shed in the middle of it!!! All councils are rip-off merchants only lining their own fat pockets. Follow the money that's what I say. Oh, and last year they increased the rates by another £10k!! Lol brilliant.....

  • @facelessnomore

    @facelessnomore

    10 ай бұрын

You may not realise it but in both England and Scotland the business rate is set by the central government and not the local council so that's who you need to blame. In England the business rates are collected by the council and then 50% of the amount collected is remitted to central government which is then in theory at least used to provide a central pot for council subsidies. So you see your local council has very little (if any) influence over the business rates. Also, as a landlord of several small shops, I can tell you that there is (in England) a system business rate relief for small businesses where dependant on size premises rates will be reduced in many cases to zero designed to protect small, single property businesses.

I have just got a letter from my town hall in Middleton New Hampshire, US. They have increased the assessed value of the town 94 percent. My humble , run down, unused old auto shop which was valued at 116,000. is now valued 310,000. The siding is rotten, and it has no running water. It’s not a residence. It’s a storage shelter .i don’t know how much the taxes will increase, but around the country people are going crazy with rises in property taxes. I’m not ignoring your topic. I’m just saying this is what is happening right now, here, to threaten private property ownership and single family homes.

I don't see where socialism is involved here, the UK has been Neo-Liberal since the 80's, and socialism by definition has nothing to do with the real causes of this nationwide problem amongst which are in no particular order; Austerity resulting in huge cuts to council budgets, governmental and council level incompetence, corruption and cronyism, tax avoidance and loopholes by the wealthy, excessive or illegal immigration, diversity hires and virtue signalling, short term profiteering instead of investing in useful infrastructure(not fucking speed cameras), sending foreign aid to countries when the UK economy is fucked. None of these problems have anything to do with socialism.

Having worked in banks and seen what they do with people's information, I think the new computer system will share information with hmrc, dwp, job centre etc. They will also track people's phone call locations and use it as data gathering to build a profile. HMRC already have ability to determine whether they think someone has undisclosed income, all linked to bank accounts. They do it for self employed people. All this type of info may be shared with the city council now....

During the first lockdowns etc, I was watching the various "amendments " and new legislation pop up where I live in Aus. Funny thing about the timing of them. They don't bang rhem out over night and they go through numerous rounds of "voting". A significant percentage of the bills being pushed through at both State and Fed level seemed to relate to privacy laws. Making the planned digital data sharing legal. I was also watching a lot of tech news/forums. The types where you hear about upcoming contracts and competitions to "win" contracts for all kinds of infrastructure etc. Various commercial interests, local council all the way to State and National level. The systems and companies providing them were mostly decided by mid 2020. All licensing to be on the one system, complete with payment platform. Everything. The other significant legislation changes were to employment law, not good for the regular folk. Also the wording was amended, removing personal responsibility to department or office of department. Dehumanised. What you mention about the phone calls is scarcely the tip of the iceberg. Geolocation, no calls necessary. Every wireless device is basically yelling "I'm here!" "Who is near?" Repeatedly non stop. Wifi, bluetooth (close enough to the same frequency), rfid, LoRa, infrasound are the ones I have read about. That is not an exhaustive list either. More specifically for the system you mention or very similar, Frank Abagnale (the guy who the movie, Catch me if you can. Was based on) has given multiple talks about these types of systems that he has been helping design for years. The ignorant call the informed paranoid or conspiracy minded and they call politicians and bureaucrats incompetent. They are not incompetent, well most aren't. Billions can fall off govt books and no one bats an eye. Yet pay cash into your own bank account and you're going to be hassled for details and proof.

I live in Birmingham, when you have the council overspending for years it has to stop somewhere. They have taken first class flights abroad costing thousands of pounds and hotel rooms just to go and look at some revolving doors thats not good for a start. As far as im aware i remember being told during the mid 1970's that women now had equality of pay, however the council did not abide by this. Notoriously women were grossly underpaid for years by the council. The last thing is that Birmingham has already signed up some time ago to become a 15 minute city and i kind of think that this may also be tied into the equation of everything that currently going on so that they can tie us all down and make it a big step forward for them to control us all better in the next big lockdown, which im led to believe is not all that far away.

Important Question to you all. Has anyone else living in a council home or apartment had their council install "Fibre" (Internet) or install a bunch of wiring on the property with out saying anything? It's very weird if you think about it because why would the council need it's own WiFi where you live if you aren't using it? The only reason I know it's "Fibre" being installed is because I ask one of the workers installing it what he was doing. And now you mention Birmingham spending 100million on IT crap like better data collect services, it just seems I little intrusive and off to me, like as if my Internet data is being collected without my knowledge. Could be nothing, I could just be a tinfoil hat wearing baboon but I though I should mention it.

Neil: Several months ago I was researching CBDC and checking the progress on the BIS website. There were many pages to read. A footnote caught my eye naming a company which would be doing the computer work. (Digital ID and coding for rules and regulations). I looked up the company and followed the maze. Is I understand, it showed the father-in-law to the PM (RS) was the major shareholder. I haven't gone back again; that's why I can't recall the name of the company off the top of my head.... but my brain then registered why RS was so quickly approved as PM and what political and elite connections he had. According to BIS the digital coin has already been developed and the global north and west are beginning to establish their own rules and regulations on how digital currency will operate. In addition, they are in the testing phase. Birmingham may be their first large city since Oxford (Cambridge?) residents stopped the 15 minute city in their area. I don't live in UK but maybe you can get further research info than I could?

Two years ago I had a discussion with a podcaster about how Seattle was headed in a direction similar to Detroit (where I grew up). He said no way, citing high tech as the main contributor to the economy. Unfortunately, my prediction is now reality. Has this spread internationally and is it coincidental? Is Detroit a template for the future? The similarities are spooky. (That’s a technical term.)

In the 1980s the government decided that the UK should be a service based industry located mainly in London. What followed was unemployment riots in Liverpool Manchester and Birmingham. The conservatives do this every time they get elected. This then opens the door for the clone party which the voters fall for every time. In 20 years time the UK will be a caliphate with an economy to match. Think 3rd world.

I also grew up in Detroit. I know exactly when Detroit started to go downhill in a hurry. The day Coleman Young was elected mayor.

Slough Woking bankrupt, Conservative jewel nearly bankrupt. GBC employ barrister types as heads of departments,i.e. Housing Advice head is on 70k a year. Gbc are employing consultants at £495 a day. Totally out of control Autocrats, this is the new normal.

The reason Birmingham has gone bankrupt is because there's more people on benefits then paying in council tax .. simple.

Every city or district in your country and ours will have been clobbered by the price of energy just like everyone else. On top of all the rest of the mismanagement of spending it will implode many council budgets.

More councils will become bank rupt, one of the first signs is council workers hiding away there labour, it's going on where I come from, and contractors doing the same, vans parked in remote places.

I can confirm that the road maintenance work is going downhill fast. A huge part of assigned budgets go through so called Tier 1 contractors. Their priority is paying directors and managers salaries and bonuses instead of filling pot holes and resurfacing. The council themselves are more interested in pride marches (seriously). 😮
