I really like how Birdy is the only one not wearing a mask or painted make-up. This song is about sharing her most treasured feelings and memories, so it is like we get to see her without any defenses or covering. I don't know if they planned it that way on purpose, but it really goes along with the theme of bearing her soul.

I dedicate this song to my sister Charlotte, who went through a lot of bullying at school and summoned the strength to start a life for herself in the USA and is married to a great man, Gage who I am forever thankful for. I am very upset she no longer lives in the UK with us but I feel reassured that she is happy and that means a lot to me as a brother.
