BIRD ON FAILED STATE
PNG as a state has failed to provide security to its citizens and what has transpired in Wapenamanda, Enga Province recently is a testament to that.
This was expressed by Provincial Member for East Sepik Province and leader for Opposition, Allan Bird on the floor of Parliament.
