these 18650 cells have identification numbers on them. LG MJ1 INR 18650 3500mAh 3.7V High-Drain 10A Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Unprotected Flat Top Battery If you Google this model number, you will find the specs on this specific battery type.

It sounds like it could be a controller issue . Maybe something disconnected , The battery pack is obviously still supplying power

Yea it’s kinda my thing now lol The scooter business ain’t really getting too much movement . So yea you’ll be a fool, not to harvest these and reuse them , very long run time ,top brand cells ! Why not 🤷‍♂️ If you know what you’re doing, you can easily make profit
