@@charlessmith9198 not all birds hate mirrors, quite the opposite. Some (most) birds see the reflection and don't realise that that's just them in a shiny surface, they think it's another bird. This can quickly turn sour because the bird can become obsessed with this reflection and very very frustrated that it can't seem to get to them no matter what they try, especially when it starts to show loving/mating behaviours and this "other bird" seems to respond and be open to mating (purely because the actual bird is doing it so obviously it's reflected and escalates the situation which then gets exponentially worse lol). This is why people do Not recommend at all putting a mirror in a cage just in case this happens as it will lead to all sorts of behavioural and health issues within the bird. that's probably why birds like to sing to their reflections because they see it as a flockmate or a potential actual mate. But yeah anyways xD this is a cute video! Nothing wrong with letting your bird sing to a mirror for a couple minutes. Just wanted to add to your comment, not criticising the actual video.

@@charlessmith9198 but yeah you're right there are probably other birds too that hate the reflections because they see it as another bird in their space, which they don't want, and the more angry they get at the reflection the more aggressive the ""other bird"" also seems to be. So yeah definitely can also be a problem in that sense too! Every bird is unique!

Your so correct. I had several cockatiels and other small birds through out my life. They’re like children. All different personalities but I loved them all. Some spoke others whistled, one was naughty and others just were happy to be loved, all were. Lol. I loved them all like my own. So it’s true, you don’t know what your gonna get. Just train them and love them.

You just can’t watch this and not smile. He’s so happy 😭

He is prob very happy
