Hello ma'am, are the nuts in the video roasted or baked in water? Or do you soak raw nuts in water? Is it okay to boil it and grind it?

Nice recipe for how long shud u drink. It may help hair growth but I lose hair due to hair dye so I've switched to natural hair dye like mehndi n indigo powder
