BioShock Infinite Ending ( Final Boss Battle ) Full movie HD Ending
BioShock Infinite is an upcoming first-person shooter video game and the third installment in the BioShock series. Previously known as "Project Icarus", it is being developed by Irrational Games for a March 26, 2013 worldwide release on the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 platforms. BioShock Infinite is not part of the storyline of previous BioShock games but features similar gameplay concepts and themes.
Set in 1912 during the growth of American Exceptionalism, the game's protagonist, former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, is sent to the floating air-city of Columbia to find a young woman, Elizabeth, who has been held captive there for the last twelve years. Though Booker rescues Elizabeth, the two are pursued by the city's warring factions; the nativist and elite Founders that strive to keep the city for pure Americans, and the Vox Populi, a rebel grouping representing the common people. Booker finds Elizabeth to be central to this conflict, and that she also holds strange powers to manipulate rifts in the time-space continuum that ravage Columbia.
The player controls Booker throughout the game, eventually working with the AI-controlled Elizabeth. Like previous BioShock games, the player uses a combination of weapons, gear, psychokinetic powers granted through vigors and Elizabeth's own powers to fight off hostile foes and make their way through Columbia. In contrast to the limited spaces of the underwater city of Rapture, the open-air city of Columbia provides for more combat challenges, including combat that takes place aboard the city's Skyline rollercoaster-like rail system. The game will also feature an optional "1999 Mode", harkening back to games like System Shock 2 where decisions made by the player will have a more permanent impact on the game, possibly leading the player to an unwinnable situation and requiring a restart from an earlier saved game.
Lead designer Ken Levine was inspired by both historical events at the turn of the 19th century, as well as more recent ones including the "Occupy" protests. The floating city of Columbia was envisioned as a homage to the 1893 Worlds Fair along with other media from the turn of the century, and 2K Marin was brought in to help realize the city in-game. Levine took an unorthodox approach with the voice actors for Booker and Elizabeth, Troy Baker and Courtnee Draper, respectively, by developing the script and details of the story alongside them during their voice work, allowing them to help define the characters and deliver more convincing performances within the game. BioShock Infinite has received early pre-release attention, winning several awards including the "Best of Show" at the 2011 E3 show.

Dennis Guiboche She already saw her own death I think, when she had her powers to see all the doors. She chose this fate because it can save Sally, because she saw Jack's fate from Bioshock 1. Also with her death and the death of the last Comstack, the endless "Circle" is finally completed. When u play her in Burial at Sea Ep2, if she dies, she will not regenerate, the Luteces will confirm her death. Of course the production team can bring her back to life, but I think it is a good ending for her, Brooker and Comstack.

+jacob adsett Wasnt Anna able to open/create tears and travel through time and space because of her exposure to the Luteces device (because of losing her pinky finger two parts of her essentially exist in two different dimensions)? That means that without Comstock "kidnapping" her, she would never be able to stop Booker from becoming Comstock. Stopping Booker from becoming Comstock would result in her powers to never be created in the first place. If we suppose she was born before the baptism of course. Its a Paradox either way though.

To me, the saddest ending, as Milk Man said, the game would only happen if something happened to Anna, otherwise why would booker kidnap his own daughter from himself? Since Anna doesn't appear at the ending when he enters his room, I believe she won't be there, Booker remember what turned him into comstock at the first timeline and everything happens again anyway.

Well you can see when you enter that area that one of the Lutece brothers is holding a board with HEADS and TAILS on each respective half. You can notice that there are like hundreds of heads marked as results, but no tails (I don't remember if it was this or vice-versa, but anyway..). All those tries count all previous versions of Booker going through the same place, again and again. The results are always the same. Another example is when one of them says, in a certain occasion: "I'm surprised it didn't kill him"; perhaps it means that in previous versions of Booker drinking new plasmids, it made him die in the process instead of live. Maybe.

It's a great ending because there's a lot of layers to the story and really makes you think. Not to mention it's totally different then what you think it'd be. Most people never saw booker and Elizabeth being related. Most people would assume they'd eventually be together like in most standard archetype stories. The entire timeline thing really messing with your mind as well. Basically the luctece twins have been trying to find the booker that finally becomes comstock hundreds of times in many dimensions and put him through this test to find liz to do that. Although a lot of things remain the same but something different needs to happen in order for this to be the real comstock(which is booker destroying that tower and releasing elizabeth's powers)...which is why at the very start of the game one of the twins asks you to row the boat and the other says "He DOESN'T row" because every time booker comes and does this test he never rows the boat, so booker won't do it now. Also which is why in the beginning there are like 100 markings for heads but none ever in tails. There any many examples of this sprinkled throughout the game that really makes you think. A lot of things in the game that had no real significance makes you wonder. Of course you the player are the booker that does become comstock but you are the original thread that spawned all of these alternate realities. When you die Columbia never exists, Elizabeth never exists and booker and anna can finally live in peace the way it was meant to be. It also connects infinite to the original bioshock games in the DLC in a more meaningful way then a shoutout if you listen to the voxaphones and also play the elizabeth DLC. A game has never made me play through a game blow my mind with a twist like that and then have been thinking over everything I've done in the game or rewatch the scenes on youtube to pick up all the hints.

Honestly, I wish there was a little more emotion behind the Bioshock Infinite ending. It's basically "Oh look, you're the villain. Into the water you go!" No sadness on the part of Elizabeth, no indication of how far your relationship with her had come. Not even any emotion when she found out that you were her real father. It's fine if Booker has to die in the end, that's understandable. But the way they did it was so shallow. She doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about drowning her own father who went through hell and back to save her, and he doesn't seem to care enough to give any meaningful last words. He's just like "Oh, I'm the bad guy. Ok then, down I go." Get real. The very LEAST they owed us was a bittersweet "I love you" "I love you too" moment between father and daughter at the last second. That was the least they could do.

You can poke all kinds of holes in Infinite's gameplay and the overall story, but what I find makes the ending so memorable and strong for me is the combination of the choice in music and the phenomenal voice acting. Booker's "I sold you. I, sold you," kills me every time. It's such a short line but there's a real sense of grief and regret and loss to it after the revelation about Elizabeth. And for all the flaws Infinite has, for me the journey you take with Booker and Elizabeth more than makes up for them in what you end up feeling for the characters.

The ending is both good and bad, stupid but genius, make sense... but not really. And very, veeery sad like in others Bioshocks. And we died. Again. Ken Levin is the biggest sadist in the whole world. SHAME ON YOU KEN!!!

What’s so cool here is that you can also see when you play the game you are the 122’nd Booker to make the same journey (hence ringing the bells in that order, why the twins have 123 Talley marks for the coin, why they’re surprised their shield finally worked bc it killed another Booker before you) There’s also the dead man in the lighthouse who probably killed the first you, so the twins made sure it wouldn’t happen again

I get that the ending confuses a lot with all the technobabble but if you think about it, this has a lot in common with the other two Bioshocks. Both game endings were based around the concept of choice: what you did in the end affected the outcome. This was no different in Infinite, except it showed every choice you could have and would have made ever. As a result, the whole game was centered around a single choice and ended with the decision to end that choice before it was ever made

I remember my first playthru of this game, I was in an interesting point in my own life. This ending resonated with me on a painfully, scalding, level in my heart. Never before or since has a piece of fiction or a character, so perfectly explained and expressed the desperation of a very human experience. I have trouble explaining it even here. It is just one if those things. Witnessing this ending allowed me to cry over it however, for hours, something that I did not know that I needed. Its just a brilliant piece of fiction that should be vaulted like we do other classic pieces of groundbreaking art.

Santiago Vásquez Gómez Actually had different idea, I just finished this game and gotta say that they just abuse the "slavery" and the ending was rather disappointing tbh........ I played througout whole game explaining a bit of everything happening, but what bothers me is that it seemed pushed alot in the ending, the idea of him being comstuck is rather....idiotic, if he was the only comstuck in the end who did not turn like that, doesnt it mean that all the evil comstucks died? and if he is the only one, why did we see so many people while he was walking throug the different "stars"?(If anyone knows about that please let me know). All in all, seemed like they just complicated it for the sake of complicating......not to retrieve a deeper meaning in all of it. Dont get me wrong, still a good game, but seems too much of a cheesy ending to me, and the battles gets boring halfway through the game, the only thing new was her mom......but that was a let down as well.

zengara11 The idea of Booker being Comstock is absolutely justified by various facts throughout the game. Booker and Comstock are the same person, but in different dimensions. They have a common past, their lives are almost identical until the Wounded Knee Massacre. Due to the remorse after the massacre, Booker DeWitt went to the nearest church wanting baptize. In certain dimensions Booker wanted to reject his name and rise as a new man, so he changed his name to Z.H. Comstock after baptism. The Booker we control in the game is the Booker that rejected baptism and dealt with his remorse for the rest of his life. In his dimension, after changing his name, Comstock met Rosalind Lutece, a quantum physicist who invented a portal to other dimensions, where both discovered other worlds (like Rapture, the city of the first Bioshock), and their human counterparties. That's the case of Rosalind and Robert Lutece, both the same person but from different dimensions. With all the technology and knowledge he collected around time and space, Comstock created ultra advanced gadgets, and with Lutece's knowledge, he managed to move entire city blocks from other dimensions to the top of the sky: particles sustained in space time at a fixed height. And Columbia was born. Comstock wanted Columbia to be an ultra patriotic and ultra cristian state, and the game shows us the result: ultra racism, ultra capitalism and ultra altruism. Unfortunately, Comstock overused Lutece's machine, and it caused him various side effects such as infertility, accelerated aging and cancer. He needed a heritor to keep Columbia as he wanted, so he travelled to his counterparty dimension and met Booker DeWitt, a frustrated and alcoholic Pinkerton Detective whose wife died recently and who had a little daughter. Due to his alcoholism, Comstock convinced him to bet his own daughter on a poker game, and he lost. He gave him Anna, and just before they crossed the portal he repented his actions and tried to save Anna from Comstock. At the end the portal closed and Anna barely passed through it, leaving only the fingertip of her little finger. That's why Elizabeth has the power to access other dimensions, because a little part of her remains in another universe. Due to his new remorse Booker "tattooed" the AD on his left hand. Soon after Anna's kidnapping, both Rosalind and Robert Lutece had an "accident" with their machine and became omnipresent beings. The truth is that Comstock sabotaged their machine so its power couldn't be used anymore. 20 years passed and Booker became an outcast. After years of alcohol and tears the Lutece "brothers" finally found him and brought him to Comstock's dimension planing their revenge. Everything known thoughout the game is not known by Booker, because he has post-trauma amnesia due to the dimensional travel and all the alcohol he drank after loosing her daughter Anna DeWitt (a.k.a. Elizabeth).

This game destroyed me. I was crying by the end. And for weeks after I felt a void. I had gotten so emotionally attached to Booker and Elizabeth that when it was over I felt a legit void in my life, as if I had lost friends. Sure it has its fair share of problems, but for me it’s a masterpiece and I wouldn’t have asked for it to be anything else than what it was.

I just want to go to Paris with Elisabeth. It's fine if she doesn't recognize me as father. It's fine I carry all the sins. I just want to spend a day, an hour, with her, I just want to see her smile.
