This tune and other vintage tunes from almost a century ago featured in Bioshock/Blade Runner/The Shining makes me feel like I'm stranded 100 years in the future, marvelling at modern tech but pining for a lost golden era that hardly anyone is left alive to remember now. Maybe that's why Captain America's character appealed to so many of us.. he personifies that curious feeling of being a person forever severed from 'their' time period even though none of us lived way back then. 80's music also feels a bit like that in a Marty McFly sort of way.

Walked into the Diner and listened to the whole song. Such a classic and perfectly fitting.

In the early 1930s my grandparents got married this was their wedding song and since that day my grandfather and grandmother have slow danced in the den to this song its beautiful to see how love works
I'm grateful that in childhood I was able to attend a church that had music playing similar to this every service. Now it's all Yamaha and goofy mantras. It was the end of an era with these old folks passing, and I didn't even know it.

The caretaker - everywhere at the end of rapture
My question is, when you go into the diner there's a bunch of fresh bodies at the tables with non-rotting food in front of them. The bodies weren't spliced. So did the splicers kill some of Fontaine's people and put the bodies in those booths while serving food the splicers were living off of? Or were those patrons that got killed there before the building was expelled away from the city and you two got there a few days afterward (hence why the lack of decay on the food and bodies)?
Where in the game do you hear this music though?
