Speaker Biography: Beth is the Product Manager of Biosafety and Powder Containment products at Labconco Corporation (Kansas City, MO). She is actively involved in the design, testing, and use of Class II Biosafety Cabinets at Labconco. She regularly attends annual Biosafety American Biological Safety Association International (ABSA), the Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA) and maintains knowledge of NSF/ANSI Standard 49. Beth holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Southern Illinois University and a Ph.D. in Molecular and Integrative Physiology from the University of Kansas.
