It's interesting that we see a sign advertising Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner. By that time Tina had separated from Ike Turner and was trying to launch a solo career. She did a run of shows at Caesar's Palace in 1977, along with touring wherever she could get gigs, and appearing on TV shows like Hollywood Squares. She had virtually no money, and was facing lawsuits over cancelled Ike and Tina Turner gigs, so she needed whatever money she could get. That's quite the scene with the launch tower. In those days it would have been filmed with a crew in a helicopter. Today they'd use a drone at a fraction of the cost of hiring a helicopter.

Hollywood made Vegas seem so exciting back in the 70's. Just about every show on TV from Charlie's Angels to Nancy Drew had at least one episode set in Vegas. Prob the only show that didn't go to Vegas was The Love Boat.

Haha, remember when we were kids back in the 70s. We did the sound effects when we played fighting scenes. Same with the Six million dollar man. Haha. Fun times as kids. We didnt shoot at people or steal their cars or act like asshole towards police officers.

I did that when I was a little kid. I did the slow motion run & fighting. One time I was pretending I was going to jump over a fence , in slow mo and I looked up and an old women was staring at me through the window of her house, shaking her head. I was so embarrassed , lol.

Hoping for a better reboot than last hollywood really over did it with Nanites in the 90's. with artificial limbs a reality someone must be thinking about it
