i did not find the hello face folder after clicken on show hidden folders

After watching your video the biomatric option appears but still when I go the settings to set the fingerprint lock...it is showing me that couldn't find hello driver for windows... I have already downloaded the driver from the hp website. For my laptop

a very clear instruction video, but didn't fix my problem yet.. turns out i just had to do the specific biometric update hahah; settings > windows update > advanced options > optional updates > driver updates > then select the biometric one and click 'dowload & install' hope this helps!!👌

First command --> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth second Command --> sfc scannow

solved it. just started pushing buttons don't remember. i drink 3 beers of 0.5 liter. iguess thats the recipe
