This was perfect. Timing is always trying to decide to go with advantage or go with the store-bought collagen. I like the idea of putting in a shot glass because I did not like the taste of it. And I think I learned how to take it better by watching this video. Thanks for regal and happy birthday.

What you said about it's maybe not the body's priority now to shed the lbs spoke to me! Recently a osteopathic Dr of mine said to me the very same thing, just worded slightly different. This is exciting for me because I need to lose weight, but also need to get other things in order with my health. My body and mind has been through so very much between multiple brain surgeries and other surgeries, the loss of my oldest daughter in April. I would much rather have my body figure out what it needs, than what I think it needs ❤
