It's the BINI house. After they graduated from Star Hunt Academy, the management decided to put all 8 of them in one house. The girls debuted in the midst of Covid-19 Pandemic and restrictions are being enforced here and there. Since traveling is restricted anyway, the management just housed them together which also protected the girls from being exposed to the virus. They live there for almost 4 years and so, countless practices and trainings truely happened there. You'll be able to see snippets of them having all sort of activities (fun, chaos, rehearsals, trainings, interviews, house chores, etc.) in that house in lots of random videos circulating in social media platforms.

14:44 That was in BINI house back when they still lived together. There are tons of dance and/or vocal practices like these. Some are easy to find, but there are others buried in the depths of BINI lore, mostly covers though since they didn't have much original songs back then.

There's literally no downside at them at all. They're talented, funny with personality and genuine asf HAHAHAHA.
