CBD kinda came out of nowhere in that first match, he seems like a solid, even keeled partner for Aggy, who is definitely skilled but needs a minder to keep him focused some days 😂.

Really impressive showing from Gino and Bri, it seemed like they were in control the entire time after Gino got the Magama Worm kill. Love the concept of a 2 v 2. Been catching up on the backlog of season 1/2 and it's been so fun, love the concept of bingo. Thanks for hosting the matches

Cattery was definitely unlucky with the board since it basically highlighted Gino's skillset. Gino killed the wyrm 40 seconds faster, started the Gurranq fight 30-40 seconds later, and melted Lansseax. The quicker pace of S3 really exemplifies that simply having a good weapon and enough vigor is not the only thing that is important to killing bosses quickly.

I think Gino, Cat, Bushy & Chris are all pretty close (though aggy/zoodle are no slouch), but I think it's important that Gino skipped season 2. Pup and Bri are both solid in terms of line strats and opponent predictions - tbh just incredibly strong teams overall, I feel like it's just going to come down to rng and who can keep their cool when they get sniped. Cat was correct, it was very minor things that got BM over the line in the beginning, it wasn't a blow out at all.

Without naming names, I think several contenders have a tendency to play worse when they mess up or have incidents, but going for +9 weapons reduces that possibility right off the bat.

It was especially crazy, since Gino must have known, he would start from behind on that square since the Puppery had already maked BBK at that point, making Gurranq a natural followup. Extremely high risk, executed amazingly for a great payoff!

@@roxas4587 Dragonscale would've helped but if you just watch both sides during the fight, you can see Gino just hitting Gurranq far more often since he's just more familiar with the attack windows and punishes.

​@@roxas4587 Frostbite isn't immediately applied. Looking at Gino's fight, frost gets applied at when Gurranq is at about 70%. I would say Pup gets to that point at about 23:53 in the match. Frost does 7% proc dmg plus 20% damage for 30 seconds. At 24:23, Pup's Gurranq is at 55% which would be at around 45% with Frost (7% + 3%). Though at that time, Gino's gurranq is already at 40% but still frosted. Gino would already be in the lead at that point, and would obviously win so the weapon difference didn't matter.

This was much closer than what I thought it was when I watched from Brinomachino’s perspective. Great match!

I gotta say it - It was such a good idea to introduce the crucial graces when receiving Torrent! It unlocks areas that we never saw in S01 and 02, such as the Haligtree and the Lake of Rot! It really changes the strategies a lot, since before there was absolutely no point of going to those places as they were so far of access. Great idea :)

The timer matters, is the thing. So he might be able to take a mob hitless but if someone just has a better weapon due to rng, that's the thing. What got him the win was he calc'd the fastest path to the rot grease, it's not a combat skill issue this time

Bro besides that he has done so many crazy routes, the all bosses made him aquinted with pretty much every catacomb, cave etc, the fist only run perfected his fights against some bosses, the consumables and RL1 no upgrades one too, he has just a way way higher skill set and knowledge overall for shit like this as well.

How were the teams picked? Did everyone put their name in a hat and draw randoms, decide amongst themselves, get assigned, etc? Also, could you imagine team Ginolyst?

I've missed this. 2v2 seems like an interesting spin on it, though making people have to get 2 bingos makes bingos feel a lot less important compared to getting majority, since it isn't that much of a difference at that point. Was 1 bingo just too easy for 2 players?

To be fair, I think Cata got a little too used to being the fastest player during S2. He took a bit of a detour and inefficient pathing to Magma Wyrm, which he could've gotten away with during S2. But Gino's capable of punishing misplays like that. He's gotta get used to having someone else on his level this season.

There are several players that can do the game hitless in this run, the thing here is that speed is essential at all angles, not just waiting for patterns but being hyper aggressive at the right moment can pay off here and there, plus the routing & figuring out the synergies is super key

@@roxas4587 Yeah she's perfect pairing for him, she's also very strategic and gives good suggestions to Gino. But Gino is simply another level, look at how many squares he completes so fast, like in some match it was 9-10 out of 13 squares completed by him, he's also still undefeated in Bingo

@@roxas4587 he's also very consistent, he rarely does mistakes as greedy kills, he knows boss and regular enemy patterns well, so he rarely does fuck ups. Compare that to someone like LilAggy for example, both are extremely talented gamers, but Aggy does so many stupid mistakes sometimes. So Gino is indeed machino, he's always calm and calculated

Dragonscale blade paves the way of gurranq snipe, It just felt like everything want to support BriMa win. Luck bias the strong. What a play from Gino!!!

Gino is definitely the goat when it comes to Elden Ring. I feel like he is like Saitama, always holding back to keep it interesting for himself and the viewers. Not to say the others aren't amazing players, but he is just build different

@@liquidderich5514 I'd have them swap their partner each week, which would introduce different issues. Watching bri + gino tear through any team is just not interesting in my opinion.
