im running elrs2.5.2 on my module, do i need to use the same version on my mobula 7? and if so how do i make sure the version is the same?

No, it only needs to be in ELRS 2.X on your mob 7. Since the mob 7 has a SPI, you just need to keep betaflight firmware version to be below or at 4.3

Binding phrase can be any number you created, just make sure it is Same for your TX and RX

There’s no binding phrase box ?

Do you mean yours does not have a binding phrase box? You need to make sure you select SPI - ELRS and your BF frimware version needs to be at 4.4

Yeah I'm having the same issue. Thats with SPI Rx selected and expressesRLS selected. I'll update when I figure it out.

I am also having the same problem. there is no phrase box! The box says its ELRS.....Also, I just downloaded the BF configurator so I think it's up to date.

Of it not 4.4 can i set it up through the CLI?

It can be anything you like as long both your radio and receiver have the same one. There is no default binding phrase set up by the manufacture
