• 1 Medium Tomato

• ¼ Cup French Beans
• 1 Small Carrot
• 4-5 Baby Corn
• 1 Medium Potato
• ½ Tsp Garam Masala
• ½ Cup Coconut Milk
• Salt as per Taste
Desi Mushroom Risotto: (Serves: 3-4 People)
• 2-3 Tsp Oil
• 1 Small Bay Leaf/Tej Patta
• 1 Tsp Garlic
• 1 Medium Onion
• 1 Cup Button Mushrooms
• A pinch of Turmeric
• 1 Cup Rice (using Indrayani variety here)
• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Cup Water
• ¼ Tsp Garam Masala

Hi Aparna, it's great for bachelors and in cases where you need to use induction (if gas stove is unavailable due to some reason). If you have a fully equipped kitchen with gas connection/cylinder, then normal pressure cooker can do the job well..

One big advantage is, you don't have to keep an eye on it. You can put in all the ingredients set the time and it goes to keep warm mode once the cooking is done.
