✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Carrot(गाजर) - 1 Kg
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Mawa/Khoya(मावा/खोया) - 200 Gram
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 4
* Dry Fruits(ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - For Garnishing
✍🏻RECIPE:
In a pan, put Ghee & grated Carrots. Cook it on a medium flame for 5-7 mins then put Sugar Syrup & Mawa cook them. Cook it till it turns Soft & dry. then Take out in a Big bowl. Garnish it with Mawa/Khoya & Dry Fruits. In this way The Tasty lacchedar Halwa is Ready To Serve.
