This is my cover of "River Below" by Billy Talent from their first record titled "Billy Talent". I tried to get as close to Ian D'Sa playing as I could. The TABs are pretty accurate and probably better than most that you can find on ultimate-guitar or something like that.
Billy Talent is one of my favourite bands of all time and therefore I want to cover the whole first record in order to honour them. Subscribe if you don't want to miss the next covers :)

Your BT covers are spectacular! The tabs you've provided are greatly appreciated. I hope you'll return and do more BT. I would love to see Burn The Evidence or Cure for the Enemy. Also if you feel like playing anything off the new album, the band is releasing the tabs on their website! It's very cool of them.

I didn't transribe them from scratch. I have a TAB book by Hal Leonard as a starting point. Then I look at different TABs I can find online, watch live performances by Ian and finally put together my TAB, which should be pretty accurate :)
Awesome cover. I just have a question. How do you spread you finger so that your index finger is on the first fret, and your pinky is on the fifth?

Thank you. It took some time and practice since it is a very long stretch. Such chords are pretty commond for Ian and I got used to them since I play Billy Talent a lot :D I don't have any stretching exercises particularly, but I think slowly trying to increase your stretching each time you practice should get you there :)
