Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind

It's been 3 years since I tripped on DMT, can't find a plug anywhere in my area. Back then, We used one of those vaporizers with the big bags. The first time I didn't do enough and I just seen shapes and colours. But the second time I managed to get another hit in before I got the light headed. I remember floating above the country side flying and then all of a sudden I zoomed down into a deer and went right inside of it and I was the veins and the blood and flowing through this deers body. It was very strange lol

On DMT I saw an entity that had what looked like an illuminated snow globe on its head. It pulled a string of light out of its head and held it beside my head. The light string entered into my temple like a worm and it sent me to a wheat field. In the wheat field it was night time and there was lighting coming out the sky. The wheat was moving and dancing to “Time- by Pink Floyd.” A final massive bolt hit me and I woke up giggling to Pink Floyd’s “dark side of the moon.” The song that played after? “TIME!” So in my DMT trip I heard a song that was about to play when I arrived back. Felt like I saw the future

I'm 55 years old, and I still smoke weed. Last week I took 2 grams of mushrooms. After an hour I wasn't feeling anything so I ate a whole eighth ! 😂😂My husband was gone all day that day and I had the house to myself. It was the best time ever. I tripped balls for about 8 hours 😂😂

What I love about psychedelics is that you can do them once every few years and still be processing the trips. I took acid ten years ago and I still think about certain parts of the trip like "Why did I see a bullet wound when I closed my eyes to try and get to sleep?" .... my best guest is that someone at one time was shot in or around the building I was staying in...would make sense because I was staying in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NYC which is a very high crime area and has tons of history to it going back to early immigrants to the city, not to mention the Native American tribes to that area before NYC was established.

Goddamn that DMT story was beautiful. I literally teared up hearing Billy put that into words.

Psychedelic therapy is just one of those great leaps in the mental health space . It's wonderful and the fact that they serve recreational use and health as well. I can't deny tripping is fun every once in a while.

I’ll never do psychedelics again. When I was a teenager it was really cool… but the anxiety when ur on them… is insane. I’ve had 2 good, peaceful experiences out of 10 maybe. Even weed gives me the same anxiety. The weird thing is.. I used to be a pot head when I was in highschool but once I had one bad experience on lsd or shrooms. When I would smoke weed again… it just gives me the anxiety part back of Lsd. Terrible lol

Its your choice but psychs really bring out whats in your mind, and your headspace at any given moment will be your headspace during a trip. Experiences usually have a sinister tone and anxious feeling when you take psychs while in a bad headspace. The best time to take psychs is whenever and wherever you feel genuine peace. Thats why people say set and setting, but really you just need to be in a good headspace and in a situation where there arent gonna be circumstances that pull you out of that

Even in a safe place where all the vibes are good. Plus you just never know what ur getting.., How do I know if these blotters weren’t double dosed… which I feel like they were on occasion. I’m glad I got to see different dimensions when I was younger… but idk if I could handle that now.

I've never had a bad psychedelics experiment but my first acid trip was definitely strange. After that I kind of figured out what I was looking for within my trips and have enjoyed them all fully. I've only taken acid once for pure recreation and fun and it was my least favorite time. Everytime I've gone into something open minded willing to learn a different way I've had an amazing time

Is it not a matter of perception of time rather than actual time though? For example, Salvia is a short experience but some people felt like they lived another life for hundred years in it.

If you’ve had any trauma, plant medicine really helps get you back to your heart without years of therapy. But you don’t NEED it, people have had miraculous breakthroughs

Fungi saved my life. Decades of depression, suicidal tendencies, extreme apathy... All faded. Now I spend more time wondering how the oak trees all know to grow to about the same height, as opposed to stressing about loss and a million things to be fearful of. 🍄

My dmt experience was so similar to his in many ways. It’s very crazy.

The most powerful experience of my life was when I had 5 grams of mushrooms when I was 19. While peaking, I closed my eyes and was greeted by this infinitely large phasing beam of light that natured me and told me everything is okay, and you are loved. Nothing was the same after that.
