I’ve watched him grow up by going to delfest since it started. Billy has taken a very difficult path and succeeded and his passion for roots has given him a deep and wide influence and song selections. He blew me away on Billy Kruetzmans b day bash last year in Hawaii and I think is one of the best live acts in music today. He’s young and this accomplished already which makes for lots of joy for all of us with great things to come. He’s a class act so much so I sent my daughter to see him in Carey NC last night while I streamed.

Billys solo on this is about as complex as it can get. The amount of time it takes to more or less improv a solo like that is no joke people. Billy IS the best guitar player on earth right now if we are looking at speed and technical ability. My dads like hes not as good as slash, im like dad billy could eat slash for lunch even in slashes prime 😂. Hard to compare the two anyway lol, im ramblin.
