SING IT BOYS, KEEP ON PLAYING.

My eyes fell out when I saw this with the Rev and the Smokes jamming together. My two fave performers coming together sharing the same stage. The stars have aligned.

Man it's hard to beat these guys, Glad to see good music is coming back.

Kick ass....I love this tune....funny for so long I thought Charlie Starr was older than me....just learned today that Charlie is 46....I am 53.....LOL....boooo. He is an old soul when it comes to music. He is a product of the 80's, but his soul is cemented in the 70's. Love you Charlie.

I was soooo lucky to be there that night - totally fantastic. Love BBS since the first notes I ever heard from them. ZZ Top was the first band i ever bought an album back when i was thirteen or fourteen ! Still jamming that Texas and southern rock today!!!!

I just loves me some Blackberry Smoke! What a great band!

Billy Gibbons..........the coolest person to ever walk on a stage and pick up a guitar!

It took me years to realize just how good Billy actually is. Holy shit. He isn't even trying here.

TALK ABOUT RESPECTING YOUR ELDERS, WHAT A GREAT BAND!!

I worked a concert with ZZ TOP @ 1972 at Hammond's Civic Center and I seen Billy Joel 1990, 5th row, center, but I never expected to see Billy Gibbons and Billy Joel together! Strange but waycool.

What a fantastic band !!! Seen them twice now, SOUTHERN ROCK IS BACK, ALIVE & ROCK'N !!!

Jeff Smith It never left!

Charlie is one of those singers who don't fake it or arranges his voice too much in the studio. Not many out there. His voice souds almost the same (sometimes the same) live and in studio. I love that.

That’s just about as cool as it gets!!!

I lived in Dallas for 20 years and at one time Billy Gibbons had a Condo in Deep Ellum right off Downtown. Used to see Billy down there all of the time because back in the 80's & 90's that was the happening scene for live music and good food. It was first cannonized by the Black BLues singers who played there back in the 30's & 40's. It was a thriving Black Community.

Look here Billy may not have turned er loose right here in this video, but back in the 70s nobody could touch Billy.. I dont think that's stated enough in the guitar community. Even Hendrix knew how talented Billy was. Those 70s albums are nothing short of amazing. Billy could play with the same blistering style as Jimi, or he could tone it down a bit and be as tasteful as BB King himself.. Just go back an listen. And this is coming from the biggest Hendtix fan I know lol... me... Dude is just awesome. He would go back and forth from minor to major and tie them together so well that it sounded like honey dripping lol 😂 Long Live ZZ Top and BlackBerry Smoke ✌🖤🤘🌹

I just found these guys and really like this band!

It's not about smoking. Anyone on the guitar SON! It's about the. Feel of the room. MR. GIBBONS. Can accommodate any room NATION WIDE AND WORLD WIDE . WATCH YOUR TONGUE. BOY

This is just as good as the Dead version, so now I have two favorite versions!

Saw Billy with the rest of his boys in 73 w/ Blue Oyster Cizult, and Savoy Brown w/Lonesome Dave ( who I spent 3 weeks of my hard earned, in violation of the child labor laws, weekly allowance to see) and it was Dave I was there to see... but dang it if all I could remember the next day was ZZ Top’s opening set. Never even heard of them before that. Blackberry Smoke!, DAMN, Billy! Ya’all got some good taste for new blood!!! ( by the way, for the life of me I’m havin’ a difficult time ‘memberin’ a whole helluva lot of much of the rest of 1973. He’p me Sadie!

Been fortunate enough to catch ZZ Top in '85 in Dublin and a few times more since i emigrated to Canada,seen the to be Legendary Blackberry Smoke a few times as well but i get the pleasure of them both in Windsor but i'd say the chances a this wee jam are pretty good,so well worth the four hour road trip from Toronto.Hell Yeah! :)

Here's to catching on to that secret big people talk. All explained in a top song. Yes. Blackberry and gibbons.

The people who comment, so and so "Smoked" so and so, and " i would like to see so and so up there to show them how its done" have no idea what goes on at these guest appearances, it has nothing to do with competing, or trying to "Smoke" those on stage, its about playing with guys/bands they admire and respect. I doubt if one single person on this page has done that,,,"I HAVE!!" So get off your jealousy horse and enjoy it for what it is, a great gig with great musicians.

I agree one video which I have seen where John Fogerty plays with Billy Gibbons it is to Legends of contrary genres which makes the music great. Music is a gift and when you can do it so well showing up should be a gift in itself. Just watching and admiring.
