They clearly state, the facts of the case, the applicable law, and the proposition the rule stands for and support their propositions with relevant authority. One of the most important elements of advocacy is that you should help the judge write a coherent judgment based in law.

Why there is no noise about the legal fees for the first applicant, as to how much is it, as the tax payers are the ones who are paying

We already know the judgement will favour two applicants Why would they suddenly be so desperate to apply for the matter to be set aside. We know because the matter of HE President Zuma in Aug.

To make an urgent application. SA justice system is so predictable for their subjective judgements particularly where former president Zuma is concerned. So go ahead and prove us right on our assumptions & predictions
