It is amazing and I am very gratified as is my beautiful wife! All the love and comments that keep pouring in 20 months after my original post! I knew our situation was a bit unusual at our age, but I never realized it would cause such a response. So, just to update all you wonderful people, we are still very much in love. We got married in Las Vegas 18 months ago and have been living a great life since. I still open doors, bring her flowers and treat her like the princess she is. And she treats me like a king. If you were to be around us much, you would probably be embarrassed by all the PDA. I think we are both doing something right!

25 going on 26 with a gut and two kids. son will be 4 next year and our daughter is 9 months. tell you what. the first few years as a dad weren't that great because I was transitioning into being a adult and had to grow outta party phase. I thought fuck my future is over. now I see my future is my children and I been a hard working man. almost died from fishing accident in alaska and chopped off a finger and got it re-attached at my current job. still healing but soon as the doc said its okay to work I went right back. I wouldn't quit if I lost a whole limb. my change has been good for my relationship and my whole family. my son that never really knew me only took 8 months to warm up to me and love me. I think I must be doing something right. :)

Wow. I remember when this song came out in 2005, I remember feeling like I wasn't really sure that this was "country" music. But, we are so far removed from this type of music, the sultry beautiful melodies, this type of singer, and now I would give anything to go back to these songs. We really didn't know how good we had it.
