It doesn't matter. The Bills only job was to ensure that KC ended up with any other player in the entire draft besides Worthy, because Worthy being good for KC would've done more damage to the Bills title hopes than the Bills simply drafting a John Ross. Nerfing your main rival is just as important as building your own team.

Hoping Andy Ried doesn't know how to use speedy receivers is hope to the point of foolishness. He got production out of Byron Pringle, Mecole Hardman, and Kaderius Tony. Look at the way Ried used Tyreek Hill (Reid brought him into the NFL). Reid loves fast receivers. It is one of the things he his known for. As long as Worthy doesn't have a case of the drops he is going to get playing time. I just hope (as a Chiefs fan) he pans out.

So in hindsight, if you look at who got taken between 28 and 32, only the 49ers took a receiver who is 2 inches and 20 lbs over Worthy. I don't know if not trading stops the chiefs from getting Worthy, especially since Buffalo traded out of pick 32 anyway. Clearly, your team is in rebuild mode, Diggs left a 31 mil dead cap hit, so taking a year off the gas to try and build up some young depth via the draft makes sense.

What’s hilarious is the trade of picks in itself was BARELY a win for the bills. Chiefs moved up four spots and essentially only gave up the value of a 6th round pick. They were all pick swaps too, bills didn’t gain anything extra.. just moved up some spots in later rounds. Feels like a cheap price for my team (chiefs) to move up and get exactly who they want lmao but thanjs

The suffering of Bills fans nourishes me. Get ready for it again next year Bills, IF you make it to the playoffs.

If Beane is so smart, the smartest thing to do it take Worthy at 28. He gets one of the guys he wants while preventing the Chiefs from getting who they wanted most. Instead both the Chiefs and Bills got who they wanted. I see this as incredibly stupid. Not worth trading to move up your later round draft picks. But since I can't stand the Bills, great outcome.

The Bills did not get any additional picks. They moved up from 4th to 3rd and 7th to 6th.

If you look at the board, there were a lot of tackles taken and very few, three, in a very deep wide receiver draft. It made sense for the bills to trade back, but doing so with the Chiefs looks bad, then they trade back again!

They better pray Worthy doesn't go tf off like reek 😂
