One could tell when you drove into the bad neighborhood, where the millionaire riffraff live. The billionaires kids are usually told to stay away from that area

So sad too see all these crappy new homes. I used to own the metzger property on NWHWY. Bought it for 260, sold it for 420, now it’s scrapped and just sold for 3 million

I prefer the newer communities where power lines are underground and the roads are nicer..like Westlake

Power lines being underground is a huge benefit. They’re definitely an eyesore. I’ll have to check west lake out

When recording a video without naration, deactivate your mic people

It's a shame all the houses are so plain on the inside. The interior decorators there have absolutely no taste whatsoever
