I can't even begin to fathom how challenging it would be to invest if it weren't for KZread. I'm a big fan of DeSantis but he really jumped the shark when he went all in on strict abortion regulations. That is a deal breaker above all else for millions of women voters on both sides and is the single most important reason Republicans did so poorly in the midterms. Republicans need to back off the abortion stance (or be much more reasonable about it) if we are going to continue to beat Dems in elections. It truly is that important to millions who will vote on that issue alone.

He ran on the promise of bringing both sides together as a consensus builder and then failed miserably. Things are more divided than ever now. The fault is on both sides but Biden held a lot of power to change things and he made zero attempt to do so. That combined with his obvious mental/physical decline has both sides concerned. I don't want Trump or Biden or DeSantis at this point. We need a true moderate/centrist common sense LEADER to unite the best of both parties and bring consensus like Biden and Trump failed to do.

I appreciate the video and I have questions regarding sizing into a trade and also ETF/Digital assets portfolio management. Often times I see myself sizing in when my pre-determined zone is met but I’m unsure what has the best potential: going with a full size order or sizing more as my the price extends further into my zone. And how are people making $450K already in this first half of the year? Sometimes the psychological part of this is the most difficult!

Mostly based on your comfort level with risk. Better off sizing in when things go your way when trading an account with mini futures or high leverage. In this manner, your initial stop loss is still a respectable one. However, if you trade micros or with minimal leverage, you might as well start at "full size." Although it increases the win percentage, micros still have a stop loss that is not very near to the entrance. IMHO. For your own convenience, I would advise you to seek professional advice.

Given that their entire skill set is based on going long and short at the same time as well as employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's nearly impossible to not out-perform. I've been using a financial consultant for over two years and I've already seen positive.

Where I live raw land far out of the city shot up from $15k per acre to over $100k per acre because of the near zero interest rates and land speculators. It's become unaffordable for locals and farmers now. Powell needs to hold rates over 5% for a few years to shake out all the speculation in many economists' opinions. I agree.

@@jasonscott6640 Exactly. I actually talked to two of these speculators and they said they were able to borrow hundreds of thousands at below 3%. Since RE has been skyrocketing up more then 10% per year, they said it was worth the risk. If things do not work out, they said they will simply declare bankruptcy and walk away from the bad loans.

I am starting to believe prices go up because people want to make a huge profit. Everyone one wants a piece of huge profits...so prices go up for everything else. Its sad how everyone wants land to hold lots of value. The cost to buy a home is insane I think it's time to focus more on building family values. Maybe then we could have some control over this thirst for money. I feel we are hurting each other.

Funny thing is people are still in denial. YoY, home values have DECLINED. This decline will continue for YEARS. New construction is at all time highs. Sellers had their chance to be reasonable. Instead, they dragged their feet. The time to buy will be closer to 2030, 2032. Once the price declines stop. I hope interest rates increase dramatically in that time frame. God bless, America.
