If you read the comments further down (specifically the one by Jelly Bean) you'll see that Chris Jackson Music said this backing track was made with the actual studio sessions recorded by Finneas and Billie Eilish. So you are are hearing the ACTUAL, ORIGINAL song minus the lead vocal. So if it doesn't sound right to you, then you need your ears checking.

Hi, just to clear up the confusion on this - this backing track was made with the actual studio sessions as recorded by Finneas and Billie Eilish. The original song was made available to users of Logic Pro, which is the software I use to create my backing tracks. So you are are hearing the actual original song minus the lead vocal. If you're after perfect, I don't think you can really get more perfect than that?
