I feel like it's because Billie genuinely knows/cares that she wouldn't have ever been in the situation that she's in, & living the marvelously beautiful life that she has without her fans. a good majority of artists will be like; "blahblahblah....i love my fans...blahblahblah" & then proceed to move on with their lives. there are a very select few of them out there that will actually personally thank you (if they are able to), or sit there while trying to get to know you, because they know that that individual fan will remember that encounter for probably the rest of their lives. & I love artists that do that, like Billie does. 🖤

We often forget that Billie is an also an ordinary 18 year old with extra ordinary talent so her being interactive is just something normal

They seemed like friends, I just love that
