When people are in conversation like this and make quick retorts off the cuff, this is most often when they are likely to auto-pilot their way through a self-projection outburst.

The number things are twisted out of proportion or taken out of context in politics is quite terrifying. It really displays the stupidity of the general public and it’s inability to make its own judgements. Please think for yourself, do NOT rely on opinions of companies. The speakers for said companies, and in most cases any guests involved, were payed to say what you want to hear. See the source material first, see other people’s opinions later.

***** That just means that this "pin head" outsmarted him and Mr. O'Reilly is now insecure, feeling threatened and needs to resort to name-calling/bashing/anything to overcome his insecurity and regain the upper hand. It is really amusing in this regards, but even better in debates -- you clearly win if you make your opponent begin to name call/be immature/ etc.

O'Reilly and all other anti-science people think that logic, reason, facts, direct quotes, proof, data, and evidence are irrelevant and the only thing that is relevant is their beliefs and viewpoints. It's not about getting a message across or proving your point, it's about winning an argument. Watched a video made by an anti-vaccine person that was titled "Never lose another vaccine argument again!" Which is shocking because I never thought any of them would admit losing an argument ever... I digress; to them it's not about saving lives, preventing unnecessary suffering and disease, preventing permanent harm from preventable illness, and lowering the cost of healthcare; it's only about winning an argument.

Yeah, the high schooler came really well prepared. Probably spent a fair amount of time doing his homework for something that only lasted a few minutes and in which he had an extremely small window to say his piece. It definitely wouldn't be easy with Bill O'Reiley interjecting. Like when he asked the high school kid what was the main big lesson that he took from this drugs and sex ed class, it would be extremely normal for someone to pause for 5 seconds to stop and think and he would pounce on it and say "See?? You can't even think of anything worthwhile!".

They are not obligated to speak truth. Since they are not true journalists. FoxNEWS is "just the name" of the channel. It's actually owned by Fox Entertainment Group. If you look up a court hearing in Florida. You'll see where they state "Our show is just for entertainment, etc... We are not news." So that's how they get out of the legal obligation of reporting facts. (Since they are not news.) It's quite ingenious and twisted. USA should make a law on the word "news". And you can only display the word "news" when you are actually doing the news. When it comes to opinions, etc... "News" should come off the station. So people KNOW when they are no longer under legal obligation to tell you the truth.

In not even five minutes, he was literally called out by someone who I’d wager as being roughly a quarter of his age, maybe slightly older, for doing the exact thing that he went on to accuse the sixteen year old of doing, and resorted to calling him a pin head. Like, this debate consisted of him saying something that contradicted his book and the sixteen year old pointing that out, on his own TV Show, on National Television. Just… well done.

“My friend jumped out a window and thought he could fly” that’s the stereotypical thing to tell people to get them to NOT do LSD lol like marijuana melting your brain and keeping you in the couch.
